As many of the reviews have been kind enough to mention, these books also include my writings on some of the darkest periods of my life and how my art grew from those times. I learned to process shadow into light and the art was the means by which I was able to grow and move beyond challenges that had held me back for years.

I hope some of what I have shared will inspire others to explore their own shadows and find similar depths of creativity that can come from a night of the soul.
