Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at infostonenexus@icloud.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

If we have your product available here, we will aim to post a replacement out to you on the next working day after we receive your notification.  If we need to commission a new print to replace the damaged / incorrect product, we will aim to get a replacement sent out to you in 7-10 days.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at infostonenexus@icloud.com
